Fabricate, deliver and install a bypass system for juvenile salmon passing through hydroelectric dam in Wenatchee, WA.

Tasks Performed

HOI estimated, planned and delivered fabrication and diving services to deliver the juvenile fish guidance system to Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Dam in Wenatchee, WA. HOI was responsible for the demolition, removal, underwater cutting, burning and welding of existing structures and new structures. Core drilling and pile placement was done by HOI divers preparing 3 inch to 54 inch holes prior to the pump stations arrival. HOI installed over 3,400 tons of steel fabrication and over 5,500 tons of concrete fabrication for the assembly and placement of the fish guidance pump station that was delivered by barge down the river and ballasted down and positioned with HOI divers and personnel.
